stevie leigh andrascik fashion designer headshot 2025Stevie Leigh Andrascik is a fashion artist residing and working in Worcester, MA. Her work focuses on taking discarded materials and upcycling them into wearable art as well as working closely with clients to create custom garments of any kind that they will cherish for a lifetime. She works with clients both locally in Worcester, MA and virtually throughout the United States.

Stevie holds a BFA in sustainable fashion design from Parsons: The New School for Design, and spent the following five years after earning her degree training to become a master tailor. Stevie has experience tailoring and creating clothing for people of all genders and ages. She has even made many outfits for dogs!
Stevie believes one of the easiest ways to practice sustainability is to prolong the life of your current wardrobe, therefore she offers in person alteration and mending services at her Worcester, MA studio. Click here to book an in studio appointment

Each creation Stevie makes is one-of-a-kind and tailored to fit the client perfectly. Her aim is to have her clients reconnect with all the work that goes into creating an article of clothing and for them to cherish the final piece with frequent wear, mending when necessary and continuing it's use for many years to come.

Stevie has had her work exhibited at many museums and art galleries including: Fitchburg Art Museum, Worcester Historical Museum, ArtsWorcester and LexArt. She has also had her work published in various media including Worcester Living Magazine and SchoolArts magazine. Stevie has created garments for many notable individuals including: Jared Leto, Darlene Love and Billy Joel.

In a effort to educate others on the art of fashion design, Stevie often teaches fashion upcycling workshops and fashion design classes at the Worcester Art Museum and The Danforth Art School at Framingham State University. When not sewing, you can find Stevie at an alternative rock show, hiking in the mountains or adventuring with her 5lb Papillion dog, Sprinkles. Upcycled Clothing Workshop

at the Danforth Art School at Framingham State University

Learn to bring your old jeans or other garment back to life and make them into new works of art! In this workshop you will learn the best way to deconstruct clothing to optimize material and then use your “new” material to make a one-of-a-kind wearable art piece of your choice! Bring in a garment or two from your closet that you intended to donate or dispose of and we will learn the basics of sewing and garment construction to transform them.
